Through a partnership between Greencroft Goshen, Goshen Community Schools, Legacy Medical Academy, and the Greencroft Communities Foundation, local students are already gaining hands-on experience and college credits while preparing for careers in nursing.

Now officially named the Greencroft Academy of Health Sciences, the program is helping build the next generation of caregivers — and making a lasting investment in our community’s future.

At Southfield Village, our team is committed to providing exceptional care, and we're proud that commitment has been recognized. We were named a 2026 Best Nursing Home by U.S. News & World Report, earning a High Performance designation for Long-Term Care based on staffing, resident outcomes, and health inspections.

This achievement reflects the dedication of our team members, who work every day to provide compassionate, high-quality care that residents and families can trust.

The Team Member Benevolence Fund is a benefit for team members, by team members, offering a safety net across all nine Greencroft campuses. Many team members contribute through payroll deduction, while others, along with residents and community members, give one-time gifts throughout the year.

“My heart just knows that we all need help sometimes,” said LaVerne Coates, a housekeeping and laundry team member at Golden Years Homestead in Fort Wayne, Indiana, explaining why she gives biweekly to the fund through payroll deduction. “I don’t ever want to just take and not give. It truly feels like I’m part of a family here at Golden Years.”

At Great Lakes, it's the little things that bring our team together. Receiving our "One Team, One Mission" t-shirts was a fun way to celebrate the teamwork and shared purpose that define Greencroft Communities.

It's the everyday moments like these that strengthen our connections and remind us what it means to be part of One Team with One Mission. We support one another while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

At Hamilton Grove, we're committed to helping our team members learn, grow, and excel. Our annual CNA Nursing Skills Fair provides hands-on opportunities to explore new tools, medications, and caregiving techniques that enhance the quality of care we provide every day.

Ongoing education is an important part of our culture. By investing in our team members' knowledge and skills, we're better equipped to serve our residents with excellence, compassion, and confidence.

At Oak Grove, our incredible nursing team is a big part of what makes our community such a special place to live. People like Chris truly embody the heart of what we do—genuinely caring for our residents and treating them like family. And Chris is just one example!
